All products featured here are on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated.

All items are via postage only. Prices indicated are all in prices including free local normal postage. To opt for registered mail, please add $2.24 to the total amount.

(We highly recommend registered mail to minimize frustration due to lost/damaged articles and most products also tend to be too bulky to fit into mailbox.)

Free registered mail for orders above $150 :) Combine items from any brands is accepted. Free reg mail is not applicable for mask sheets orders only.

Please note that once an order is placed, no cancellations or amendment is allowed. Pls double check your orders before submission.

Kindly confirm an order only if u will be proceeding wif payment. If u hv confirmed an order and MIA, we are sorry to inform u that we hv a right to refuse ur future orders so that our time can be spent servicing other genuine & sincere customers.

All items are strictly non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

Payments / Refunds
All payments should be made asap upon confirmation of orders.

For orders made on the last day of pre-order, pls transfer payment within 24 hours to avoid delays to the rest of the orders. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

We reserve the rights to refuse/cancel any orders at our sole discretion.

Refunds will only be made for out of stock items and only when the pre-orders have arrived in Singapore. ( So that we can confirm it really is not available )

BB Diva reserves the right to cancel pre-orders for any particular month if response is below expected target amount. All refunds will be made promptly at the close of pre-orders for any cancellations made by BB Diva.

Shipping time
All pre-orders will be processed and submitted within 2 days of closure of each spree.

It will take approximately 2-3 weeks for the items to reach Singapore from Korea. Pls note that it might take longer if items are OOS or are being restocked.

We appreciate your patience and be assured that you will be updated of the progress of your pre-orders regularly.

Custom Pre Orders
BB Diva will be able to take orders for skincare brands that are not featured here. All custom pre-orders' terms & conditions to follow as above.

Pls note that we need a minimum purchase of $100 for all custom orders. Pls email us for more details :)

BB Diva will not liable for any damaged / lost goods during shipment from Korea to Singapore.
BBDiva will not be liable for any damaged/lost goods in Singapore via local postage.

However, all our shipments from Korea to Singapore will be provided with a tracking number and all products will be checked in Korea for defects before being shipped out and again in Singapore before we mail them out to you.
